Purchase Process

Our procurement process is slow. Can you prolong our evaluation period?

Yes. Please contact us from your corporate email address and give a brief description of your case.


Do you accept amendments to license agreements?

Some amendments are routinely accepted for orders of a significant size. Other amendments need to be reviewed by our lawyers. Please send us the redline version of the license agreement.


I don't want to buy online through Avangate. What are the other possibilities?

You can contact us directly. The purchase process is as follows:

  1. You send us a quote request.
  2. We reply with a quote.
  3. You accept the quote and send us a purchase order.
  4. We reply with a payment request (proforma invoice).
  5. You pay via wire transfer or PayPal.
  6. After receipt of the payment, we send you the license key and a final invoice.

Starter Edition

Can I use the Starter Edition for commercial products?

Yes. You can build commercial products using the Starter Edition and redistribute them. However, if you are serious about aspect-oriented development, consider using the Professional Edition. Your software will be faster at run time and you will be more productive during development.

Redistribution

My application has a dependency to PostSharp.dll. Do I need a redistribution license?

No. PostSharp licenses allow for royalty-free redistribution of libraries PostSharp.dll and PostSharp.Laos.dll.


I'm an open-source project contributor. Can I include PostSharp to the public source repository?

Yes, provided you include a complete and unmodified copy of PostSharp. Contact us if you want to use features of the Professional Edition in your open-source project for free.
